Yuzu and emulation in general is cpu bound, and is single tread bound, so usually you will use only one core of your cpu at 100% and the others very low usage. Your gpu is overpowered for the task so is spected to be low %. Your rig is not enough for totk emulation. By setting anisotropic filtering to "Default" it greatly reduce artifacts to the point where it's barelly noticeable. The fix here did get rid of artifacts, but inside the shrines my framerate drops under 20 fps. So possibly i need to go back to before set at 3x the artifacts are negligible and fps much better.
