We got our interview scheduled for 07/03/2018 in Detroit, but then we received Interview cancellation notice on 06/19/2018. and our status changed to New office has jurisdiction and has been transferred.

My main point here is that you should not worry about it too much, your case transferring to a different FO is totally normal, sometimes it's even better because they usually transfer cases to less busy FO to get the whole process move faster.
