I just got a new SSD, and last year I got a new computer, and well you need to close steam, move ff14 to the new drive (or copy and delete if you want to be safe), open up steam again and install it to the new drive. now steam will recognize that it moved, but unfortunately, at least in my experience, ff14 will download itself again no matter what.
