There are 2 new quests introduced at the patch. 1 for obelisks and 1 for mana rifts. They both activate when you go near one obelisk/mana rift. When you fix the train it breaks the stones and takes you into Solaris. To get the parts you goto central , fix the other train take it north, when it breaks the bus blocking that path you can cross over to the other side of central and head through Westport and go down to the top half of Solaris to find the south train parts.
