If I edit a weapon loadout, pick a weapon build I have saved, and then check gunsmith, the tuning parameters are intact. However, if I enter DMZ menus, pick one of those same saved weapon builds for my insured weapon slot, and then check the gunsmith just above, the tuning parameters are all zeroed. Best I can tell, having attachments from bundles/variant attachments causes the guns to disappear upon infil. Big issue if you're infilling with contraband player weapons and your own, as it will cause your own gun to disappear.
